Gift-card codes and streaming access are typically delivered the same business day your payment clears. Personal-shopping orders and bill payments follow the provider/shipper's own timing; we confirm expected turnaround once the order is placed.

A Controlled subscription is one where Card Crafters owns billing and renewal on our side. You get access; we handle continuity. It requires a mandatory CAPS (continuity) balance equal to one billing cycle, collected upfront.

Controlled = we manage the account end-to-end. Gift Card Account = you own the account, we fund it with a USD gift card. Gift Card Accounts give you full control; Controlled gives you zero admin overhead.

Our customer rate includes the bank spread, processing fees, and the risk of accepting local currency for foreign purchases. The rate is published before you confirm and doesn't change mid-order.

Bank Transfer (First Citizens), EndCash, and Debit/Credit Card — VISA or MasterCard. Quick Pay is also available as a separate custom-amount payment flow. Bank transfer has the fastest confirmation.

Digital products (gift-card codes, streaming access) are non-refundable once delivered. Bill payments are non-refundable once settled with the provider. Shopping orders are refundable before the supplier ships; after that, standard return windows apply.

Yes, but read this first. Card Crafters serves both TT-local and international customers, and our gift-card catalog (Amazon, Steam, Google Play, iTunes/Apple, Xbox, PlayStation, Roblox, Razer Gold, Battle.net) is made up of US/international-region digital goods. You pick the card's region (US, Canada, UK, or Brazil) at checkout — that region has to match the account or device you'll redeem the code on. A US-region Amazon code, for example, only works on a US Amazon.com account; it will not apply on Amazon's TT-facing storefront. So for TT-based customers: some brands and regions redeem cleanly from TT (check the store's own region policy before you buy), others won't. If you're not sure whether a specific brand will redeem where you are, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we'd rather confirm than sell you a code you can't use. All gift cards are non-refundable once issued, so region accuracy matters.
