1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "user") and Card Crafters Limited ("Card Crafters", "we", "us", or "our"), a private company incorporated under the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. By placing an order, submitting payment, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Card Crafters operates as an independent digital retailer and service concierge providing access to four primary service categories:
Digital Gift Cards & Gaming Credits: Retail and digital dispatch of official prepaid codes (e.g. PlayStation Network, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, Roblox, Amazon, Apple/iTunes, Razer Gold, Battle.net) for specified regional storefronts.
Streaming Subscriptions & Digital Entertainment: Assistance with customer-owned subscription services. Netflix credit is added to your own account with a compatible gift card. The gift card's country and currency must match those used for your account's billing. A Card Crafters team member can help set up your account or add credit. We never need your personal account password or verification codes. How long the credit lasts is an estimate based on provider subscription rates.
Utility Bill Payment Concierge (coming soon): Acting as a customer payment facilitator to settle local utility, telecom, and internet accounts (including T&TEC, WASA, Flow, Digicel, and bmobile) on your behalf in Trinidad & Tobago.
Personal Shopping Concierge: Purchasing products on your behalf from international online merchants (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, niche retailers) and coordinating delivery to Trinidad & Tobago.
QuickPay Custom Payments: Generating secure custom settlement links for agreed custom balances, invoices, or bundled orders.
3. Independent Status & Third-Party Trademarks
Card Crafters Limited is an independent reseller, concierge, and service facilitator. Unless expressly stated in writing, Card Crafters is not an authorized affiliate, subsidiary, partner, or sponsor of the third-party platforms, retail brands, or utility companies whose names or marks appear on our platform. All trademarks, service marks, brand names, and logos belong exclusively to their respective owners. Customer use of any third-party service remains subject to that respective provider's terms and end-user agreements.
4. Pricing, Currency, and FX Rates
All orders and quotes provided by Card Crafters are denominated in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
Where products are sourced in foreign currencies (e.g. USD), our published TTD rates reflect the underlying purchase cost, banking foreign exchange spreads, local processing fees, and compliance costs.
The price shown at order confirmation is final and locked for your checkout session. We do not apply unannounced currency conversion surcharges after an order is placed.
5. Payment Methods and Order Confirmation
Card Crafters provides local payment options designed for customer convenience:
Bank Transfer: Direct transfer/deposit to our First Citizens Bank business account. Customers must provide a legible deposit slip or online transfer receipt referencing the order number.
EndCash Digital Wallet: Direct payment via the EndCash app using the provided merchant code or payment prompt.
Debit & Credit Cards: Secure processing of local and international VISA and MasterCard cards via encrypted payment gateways.
Orders are confirmed and scheduled for fulfillment only after Card Crafters verifies the receipt of cleared funds. We reserve the right to decline or reverse transactions that cannot be verified or fail anti-fraud security criteria.
6. Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines
Digital Gift Cards: Codes are typically dispatched digitally via WhatsApp or email within a few hours of cleared payment during standard business hours.
Bill Settlements: Utility and telecommunications payments are processed and submitted to the provider within one business day. Posting to the provider's ledger follows that utility's internal schedule (typically 24 to 48 hours).
Personal Shopping: Procurement from international vendors occurs promptly upon payment confirmation. International air/sea freight transit, customs clearance in Trinidad, and local delivery timelines depend on carrier schedules and statutory import processes.
7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
Digital Products: Gift card codes, gaming vouchers, and digital credits are irreversible once generated or delivered. Because digital codes can be redeemed immediately, all sales of digital items are final and non-refundable once delivered to the customer.
Bill Payments: Once a bill payment has been transmitted and settled with the respective utility (T&TEC, WASA, Flow, Digicel, bmobile), the transaction cannot be recalled, reversed, or refunded by Card Crafters. Any overpayment balance resides as a credit on the customer's utility account.
Personal Shopping: You may cancel a personal shopping request at any time prior to Card Crafters purchasing the goods from the foreign supplier, subject to any small gateway refund processing fee. Once goods have been purchased or shipped by the overseas merchant, cancellations and returns are subject exclusively to the supplier's return policy and the customer bears all return shipping and restocking costs.
8. Customer Responsibilities and Storefront Compatibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted, including:
Regional Compatibility: Verifying that the region of a purchased gift card (e.g. US, Canada, UK) strictly matches the registered storefront region of their account or console before ordering. Card Crafters cannot exchange or refund codes purchased for an incompatible account region.
Billing Identifiers: Supplying the correct utility account number, meter identifier, or phone number. Card Crafters cannot be held liable for misdirected utility payments resulting from customer-provided inaccuracies.
Delivery Contact: Ensuring the supplied WhatsApp number and email address are active and accessible to receive digital codes or order notifications.
9. Anti-Fraud & Verification Checks
To protect our community, prevent unauthorized transactions, and maintain compliance with financial regulations in Trinidad & Tobago, Card Crafters may conduct security verifications on orders exceeding internal risk thresholds. We may request proof of transaction authorization or government-issued photo ID prior to releasing high-value digital codes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Trinidad & Tobago law:
Card Crafters Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime of third-party platforms, store policy changes by publishers, utility ledger posting delays, or customs customs inspections.
In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability arising from or related to any transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to Card Crafters for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Any dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our platform following any modification signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
