We collect only the information required to fulfil your orders and provide support: name, email, phone number, delivery address where applicable, and order-specific details such as account numbers for bill payments or shipping links for personal-shopping requests. Payment proof (bank transfer screenshots, transaction IDs) is kept for reconciliation only.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) that measure aggregate visits and performance, plus our own first-party event logging that may store a random anonymous identifier (in your browser), the pages you visit, and technical details such as IP address and browser type, used only for security/abuse prevention and to improve the service. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell this data.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the specific third parties needed to complete an order — e.g. the utility provider when paying your bill, or the shipper handling a personal-shopping item. Card Crafters never passes your contact details to marketing partners.
Some orders involve third-party platforms, retailers, utilities, payment processors, shippers, or service providers. When required to fulfil an order, your order details may be processed by those third parties under their own privacy terms. Brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, and service names shown on this website belong to their respective owners and do not mean Card Crafters is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or directly associated with those owners unless we expressly state that in writing.
Order records are retained for the period required by Trinidadian tax and financial regulations. Beyond that window, records are archived or deleted.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we're not required to retain it. Email support@cardcrafterstt.com.
